（中央社記者鄭崇生華盛頓2日專電）美國總統當選人川普打破傳統，主動公布今天與總統蔡英文通話。對此，白宮國安會稍早重申，美國的「一中政策」不變。

白宮國安會發言人霍恩（Emily Horne）傍晚以電子郵件回覆中央社記者詢問時指出，美國在兩岸議題上未改變長期以來的政策，美國仍堅定信守基於美中「三個公報」與「台灣關係法」的「一中政策」，美國的根本利益是和平與穩定的兩岸關係。

至於美國是否收到來自北京的關切或抗議？霍恩則說，她沒有任何外交對話可公布。1051203
